Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Continued use of Orion Digital services indicates your acceptance of these conditions.

Service Agreement

All services are provided based on the scope outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Changes to the scope require written approval from both parties.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and access needed for project execution
• Review deliverables and provide feedback promptly
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations for the materials provided

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within the agreed timeframe. Delays in payment may result in service suspension until outstanding amounts are cleared.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Clients may cancel services prior to project start for a refund on unused funds.

Intellectual Property

All completed work is transferred to the client upon full payment. Orion Digital retains the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes unless confidentiality is requested.

Limitation of Liability

Orion Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orion Digital operates. Any disputes shall be addressed in the applicable courts.
